My Favorite Embroidery Patterns

Dear Homemaker,

Handiwork is a great use of a homemakers time. It’s artistic, enjoyable and gives one a sense of accomplishment. I like to decorate my home with hand embroidered artwork. I have completed a few pieces from Clementine Patterns Co.. which is a lovely little company that sells their patterns and kits on Etsy. (I have no affiliation with this company, I’m just a fan and customer.)

The art work is lovely and usually centered around scripture.

If you buy a kit it comes with everything you need to start immediately including hoop, thread, and needle.

The instructions are clear handwritten photo copies. There is definitely love included in all the details.

These are not completed very quickly but are not difficult to embroider. They would make wonderful gifts for brides, new homeowners or anyone that enjoys something handmade.

The one I’m currently working on is based on Proverbs 24: 3-4.

I have worked on these over several years and hope to have the opportunity to keep adding to my collection.

I hope one day they will bless homes of my children or grandchildren and be a reminder of another time, home and me.

Humbly Yours,

Mrs. Smith
